(03/09/2010) COBRA Subsidy has been Extended Once Again The Temporary Extension Act of 2010 extends the eligibility period for the subsidy to include employees who are involuntarily terminated between February 28, 2010 and March 31, 2010. The maximum period for the COBRA subsidy remains at 15 months.
